By booking a stay with us you and the person accompanying you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Maximum number of people
The maximum number of people in an apartment is two (2).
Cots and extra beds are not available.
Access to the apartment is restricted to those who have made a reservation, any third-party visitors are allowed to access the apartment only with our express permission.
The person making the reservation may be held responsible for cancellation, no-show or damages.
Pets
Pets on request.
Deposit
To guarantee your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. Payments can be made via PayPal or by bank transfer.
Deposits are refundable under the conditions set out below.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are accepted via email to ciao@casapolpo.com
Cancellation made 30 days or more before the date of arrival: full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation made 29 days or less before the arrival date: no refund of the deposit.
No show and early departure: the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
COVID-19: free cancellation at any time only for travel bans imposed by authorities.
We recommend to get a travel insurance that will cover your expenses in case of health issues or any other travel impediment.
Cancellation on our part
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking, please note that we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control and our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payments already made.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00, after 20:00 on request.
Check-out: before 11:00.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is 1,00€ per person / night to be paid upon check-in.
Right to peace and privacy
All guests agree to respect the privacy and tranquility of the neighbors, especially at night. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests fail to honor this agreement or cause a disturbance to the people living nearby.
Wi-Fi policy
Wi-Fi access is provided free of charge. Guests agree to use this internet access in a fair and appropriate manner.
Accessing an illegal activity or using our network for an illegal activity is not permitted and will be reported to the local authorities.
Damage and lost items
We reserve the right to charge the booking party for any damage caused during the stay. This includes breakage, stains, damage to furniture or facilities and equipment. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible to minimize the damage and associated costs. The replacement of lost keys will be charged.
It is the responsibility of each guest to protect their valuables. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft during your stay. Any items lost or forgotten by guests during a stay, if found, will be retained for a period of one month. Although we will do our best to return lost items to their owners, we do not take over the cost of shipping and we do not accept responsibility for replacing lost items.
