A steep staircase leads up to the 50 square metre apartment on the second floor. The bright open plan apartment consists of a kitchen, living room and bedroom. All rooms are connected by wide passageways, and from the kitchen a staircase leads directly to the large roof terrace.
View from the 40 square metre rooftop terrace through the maze of antennas which like the swallows in the sky are typical for Monopoli.
The half-shade of the pergola is an excellent place for having breakfast, an aperitivo, dinner or simply relaxing.
